In short, you cannot copyright a phrase. Copyright is aimed to protect established works in some kind of physical forms. You may, however, trademark your phrase if you meet certain requirements, such as using it or intending to use it in interstate commerce.

To copyright something, it must be an "original work of authorship." Plugging the phrase you described into Google, with quotation marks, produced 3,550 results. So you're not the author, or if you are you won't be able to prove it.
