Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California
Hello. Can I display in my website search results of a specific product from many different copyrighted websites without their written approval? I would be mentioning the respective sources.

The answer to this will depend on the terms of service of the websites in question. My guess is that it is NOT permitted in most cases.
A number of cases have held that it is unlawful to use a Web site in this way.
