Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California

my soon to be ex-wife had two childern from another relasionship previous to our marrage and I adopted them so they could recieve benifits while I was in the service and now I am retired and she wants a devorce, she made it clear after we had a child of our own that they (the two adopted childern) were her kids and I had no right as far as what they did or how they acted tword me or my belonings, she bought alcohol for them while they were as young as 15 and let them and there friends take my belongings(steel from me) as they plaesed, including vehicles, moteercycles and quads. My adopted son has had numoris run in's with the law including 2 DUI's pre 21 and shoplifting(wich I went to his probation and he told me to shut-up that his mom was incharge of him and later found out that she held the stolen items till he was cleared and I paid the fees and fines, which she then returned to him)We have been split up about a third of the time we have been togeth and I even tried to get a devorce but my step daughter and her mother lied at cout and I was going to half-to give up rights to my biological child till I attende parenting classes so I stopped and moved away to try and give my biological daughter some peace without hering what a bitch he dad was from her mom and what she knows only as her older brother and sister. I want to end this because I am tired of my step childern telling me I dont work and dont have any say in there lives, I was medicaly retired as 100% disabled service connected durring a time of war after 17.5 years in the service and love my child very much and have tride to bond with my adopted childern who are at present are 18(daughter) and 21(son) now and was wondering if I am off base for wanting to terminate my parental rights to them if possible as they tell me that they did not half-to give me any concern even after they have and there mother who tells me she never wanted another child(our child together) and tells me I wanted another child and I got it so leave her fucking kids alone infront of all the childern including the youngest who is only nine and that if not for them and there mother I would have nothin and be nothing. I was seperated and living in Nevada for about a year untill october of last year untill I recieved a call from my bilogical daughters school that she wanted to kill her self because I left so I came back and have started school and am half done and want to provide a better life for the nine year old and dont want to be put down in front of her anymore.
