You get yourself an (expensive) legal specialist with a track record in winning cases of this kind, and have the attorney or firm file and serve a suit after careful research to see whether the case is probably winnable. It's very hard to win these cases, witness the many design knockoffs being marketed all over in clothing, accesories, furniture, etc., but copying somene else's original design too closely can be attacked in the courts. It takes a lot of legal expense, especially if the copycat is a well-established firm that can and does defend itself well.
