FBN is challenge by another entity

Hi there,

I registered FBN this year and a business entity is doing a business in my county with same name and same business trend. What are my rights and protection? What are the steps to stop them?

When you say that you "registered" FBN, do you mean that you applied for a trademark? Created an entity like a corporation or LLC? Your rights depend on the type and scope of your registration. Please email me with more information.
