Im making a website and was wondering if I Can patent my website idea?

Probably not. A "Web site idea" is likely a concept for a business, not a technological-type innovation, and wouldn't be within the parameters of patentable discoveries. Either get a book on the general subject of patenting for inventors, or contact a local patent attorney for an initial conference. Patent lawyers can't snitch your ideas.
