I have an Idea for a building, is there anyway to protect the design and other parts of how this particular building would work. in other words I want to make a hotel, and I dont want anyone copying my Idea or design, how would I do that, and what would I need in terms of patents, copyrights, and trademarks.

As a Franchise Attorney I can tell you copyright won't protect the design. Neither will trademark. Your best option is to look into a design patent. Consult with a good intellectual property or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
