is it illegal to serve alcohol to a minor in a private home?

I am not a Cali attorney, so take everything I say with the caveat that CA LAWS apply. You may serve alcohol to people in your house -- like a wine tasting or dinner party. If the people you serve are under age 21, it is not legal. Call a Cali Crim law attorney for specific answers.
