Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California

I subscribe to a lister's club of a major radio station. To enroll, I had to list name, address, email etc.

On one of this station's blogs, I got into a beef with one of their talk-show hosts. Next day, I receive from him an email, calling me foul names, etc. This email was opened by my young daughter. In his email, the host explicitly states this is a PERSONAL email from him to myself. Obviously, the radio station makes my personal information available to their employees for THEIR personal use..... without my permission. Doesn't seem right.

I agree. You should check the company's privacy policy for the information you provided, and if they've violated it, consider action against them

Also, you might consider contacting the station manager with a letter to complain about the situation. The host should be reprimanded, at the very least.
