Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California
We are trying to introduce our products, would we be breaking any laws (copyright) if we used their company logo for them to see on our product, and we presented to them as a sample, not to profit, but just to show them what our company can do for them, and how their logo would look on our product, if they decided to use us.
Thank you,

Sometimes I get pens in the mail with my name printed on them from promo-item companies. Usually I'm thrilled. I doubt any company would take offense. If they did it would probably fall under Fair Use.
