Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California
Mail Problem
I am requesting your assistance in taking legal action against the _____ Company.
This is what happen, I am somewhat of an inventor. I wrote them requesting to sell them information that could be used to develop a product that would prevent the spread of diseases and germs in hospitals, with the potential of public use. After several letter exchanges with one particular representative of the company, I decided to send my information. After a few weeks had past, I wrote that person to check on the progress of the project. I was told that they never got my letter and that I should write someone else. After writing that person, that individual, indicated they had no idea of what I was talking about. When I informed them that I had sent my information certified mail and gave them data from the certified card, now no one knows who signed for my mail.
I did exactly what they told me to do to submit my information, but now no one knows anything. This is a multimillion-dollar concept.
What can you do to help me?

Re: Mail Problem
There is not much you can do yet. If they use your idea and profit from it, you will have a case for appropriation of your idea. What kind of documentation do you have to show that the idea is unique and that you are the inventor/author?
