money lending
Hi!
one of my friend borrowing the money from me around 55000 dollars to invest in soemthing, and promised me to return back after a year, meanwhile he gives interest to me. what kind of proof i can take from him that i have given money to him.advise me.

A signed promissory note by the person you lent the money to is the best evidence. I assume, to date, you did not have him sign one.
If that is the case, then ask him to sign one or save copies of the interest checks he sent. Good luck.
