Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California
I paid patent assistance world wide $1,200 for my invention . they didnt patent it ,but the sent me an innovation guideof my invention .They then asked for $9,000 to patent my idea. i decided not to deal with them anymore.Can i legally use the innovation guide to present my idea to companies even though i will not be working with PAWW?

This will depend on what your agreement with PAWW states. I would recommend that you review the provisions of your agreement to see what the terms of use are for the innovation guide. The provisions may have restrictions as to PAWW's proprietary rights to innovation guide. If you have any questions as the the wording of the provisions, feel free to contact me.
