Can I patent my herbal extract? It comes from a common fruit, but is extracted in a way that yields health benefits.

Re: Patent
You may be able to patent your herbal extract, your method of extracting it, and/or new uses (if any) of your herbal extract, if they meet the requirements of novelty, utility, and non-obviousness. Call me toll-free to discuss.
