Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California
In patent law, if a plaintiff files to unrelated cases is their a specific law or, civil code (local law code as well) which allows a defendant to overturn a plaintiffs unrelated cases to related cases.

Your question is unintelligible as written. Please revise it and re-ask. It would be helpful to know what you mean by "unrelated cases" and what the plaintiff is alleging in the complaint. Also, who is making the decision as to whether a case is "related" or "unrelated?"
