im patent pending for 30 days, is there away to protect my self after the 30 days during negotiation process with possible angle investors until i can raise the monies to complete the patent

You need to repost your attorney question with more detai. If your patent is pending, it is pending - period. Why do you think you need to protect yourself after 30 days? If someone infringes on a patent that is pending, and the patent ultimately issues, they have infringement liability issues. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
