I need help to find an inexpensive patent lawyer. I need help to do a patent search. after that I have investors and everything else. I'm so close!

I don't know what you mean by inexpensive, and I am not a patent attorney, but there are a couple patent attorneys listed at http://www.computercounsel.com. Perhaps you could get their help in exchange for some rights in your invention, rather than cash up front.
