I am planning to start a club at my school. And the club is about Disney. I was wondeinrg, can I get sued for naming my club Disney Club?

Mr. Stone is right. Disney is very aggressive in protecting its trademarks. Even if you disclaim any affiliation with Disney, they will argue that there is a likelihood of confusion between the mark. And even though you are just a student wanting to start a club to praise Disney even, they will argue that if they let you go, they are participating in watering down the strength of their trademark.

In conclusion, maybe you should just try to find another name.
