Question about a trademark

Hello. My company name is:

Smith & Beaver International Marketing, Inc.

The company name has its own logo tied into it. I was wondering if I could trademark my company name with my own unique logo. Is this at all possible?

It is possible but must be done correctly. If you choose a design logo it will always have to look the same when you use it (i.e., imagine that you are creating a stamp). There are always other considerations so please consult a lawyer before you file the application. I see too many people fill out the application wrong and then they have wasted 6 months.
