Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California
I received credit as an associate producer - no pay, no contract, no work for hire agreement. My role was to schedule cast/crew etc. The producer then asked me to write a new scene which is in the film. They never asked for copyright clearance from me - do I have a copyright claim?

It is possible, but I would first need to know what your "employment" status was/is when you wrote the scene. Call for a free consultation. 8058445076
