Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California

I recorded some music with my x-band and would like to sell the music ... thou I'm not with the band anymore I still have rights to all tunes...do I need any ones permission to sell my CD?

What are my Legal rights?

As a Franchise Attorney I don't believe you can expect any attorney to give you an answer based on the limited information provided. For example, when you say "I still have rights to all tunes," what do you mean? Do you have a written contact with the x-band or what?
