Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California

If I want to sell something like a mug or totebag with a logo with my radio show on it but the pics that are used are off of the internet ~ can I use them or do I have to use only images I personally have taken?

You may only use images and logos that you have a legal right to use. If you don't own the copyrights and trademarks in question, you need to get licenses from the people who do.
