What you need is an Agent. See wga.org for a list of agents.

You may be able to find a lawyer to do this on a percentage basis, but they are few and far between. You need a licensed literary agent to handle this for you.
Nobody will agree to shop your material without first making a qualitative evaluation... if it's good, you May find someone interested.
Of course, if you're willing to pay cash, many lawyers will make submissions for you.... regardless of the scripts quality.
Just be advised that you get what you pay for.
