If someone sends, or gives you a naked picture of themselves over the internet, is that picture yours to do whatever you want to do with it, such as reposting it?

If someone sends you a naked picture of themselves, they are at best an idiot; and if this was offensive to you you could do a number of things about it (for example if it was the boss!) But (as I think you know) you would just be perpetuating the stupidity by reposting it; and, depending on the circumstances, you could be arrested, sued, and/or fired, so don't do it.
