Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California
I want to start a tshirt "company" and I'm making all these designs out of creativity, I always check on Google to see if the designs haven't been used and I see the first 2 pages because there's too many pages it would take me a long time to see them...... I never see my designs online but there's thousands of pages, I'm afraid one of my designs might end up being a "copy" and end up being sued

Copyright infringement requires that the infringing piece be a "copy." You can't have "copied" if you created original designs from scratch.
