Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California

HI, i want to start a website basically where people can write letters to well known technology industry executives (2 in particular), commenting positively (or negatively) about their products. its an information site, there is no expectation of reply. it is just a place to write letter and comment on other peoples letters. i will put on the site that the site is in no way affilliated with any company, or the two people in question. the executives in question are extremely famous (and litigious) and therefore, i would need to know if it was in fact legal, or not. could they send a take down notice, on the basis that i was somehow trying to impersonate them, or say that the site was afflliated with them (even if i say its not)?

If I were you I would avoid letting any famous, litigious people know of your existence.
