Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California

Utility Patent

I just received a Provisional Patent on

an invention. I do understand that

this patent protects an invention for

a year. What is the cost to apply and

receive a Utility Patent? Also, how do

I acquire a trademark on the name of

my invention? Thank you
