Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California
I wanted to host a show on blogtalkradio.com. Basically I wanted to know if I retain the rights to the TITLE of my show (and the specific format I do), or will blogtalkradio.com own it. I do understand that for any shows that I do through them, I give them the right to broadcast, reproduce, transmit etc.but if I later develop a show outside of blogtalkradio, am I legally able to do so or am I signing away my rights to the TITLE and format?
I have included relevant parts to the terms of use and included a link to the full terms. Thanks.

At least blogtalkradio isn't one of those sites that claims exclusive ownership of all your submitted content.
