Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California
I own a website which provides access to public domain movies. No movies are hosted on the site, I only use embed codes from other websites such as Google Video and Archive.org. I need help creating a terms of service agreement which explains the above in the correct language. What kind of attorney can I hire for this?

As a Franchise Attorney I recommend you contact an IP (Intellectual Property) attorney to help you with this. Consult with a good IP attorney or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.

Creating an agreement will require someone with some experience in drafting business contracts. Probably one in ten attorneys generally would have sufficient experience; many of us just adapt other folks' documents, often out of forms books. Your situation also requires finding someone who knows the terminology, which I don't -- and this requirement will also eliminate about nine in ten. So, the lawyer you're looking for is about 1 in 100. Fortunately, you start with a large base to select from.
