Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California

I own a website which provides access to public domain movies. No movies are hosted on the site, I only use embed codes from other websites such as Google Video and Archive.org. I need help creating a terms of service agreement which explains the above in the correct language. What kind of attorney can I hire for this?
