a company owes $$

There is a company that operates in tijauna,mx and san diego, ca. The same company owes money to my client what if anything can i do.

You can file suit in San Diego if they operate here. The question is whether or not you can collect from the company or not.

You can file a claim against the company in San Diego. If they have assets here, after a judgment is entered, you can move to satisfy the judgment against those assets.
