how can a Filipino biological son get support?? when his father is denying him as his son, the father is an American Retired Navy living in USA

If the son is an adult, it is pretty much too late. If the son is under 21 a small amount of back support may be available. If the son is a minor, the son's mother must first establish legal paternity an then seek support. It does not matter if the mother and son are not in the US, though they will probably have to travel to the US at some point. They would need a lawyer in the state in which the father lives.
