Legal Question in International Law in California
Foreign property
As a partner in an apartment in France, can I be sued in the US by the other partner for being unable to make half the payments? The only written agreement is the ownership papers from France.

Re: Foreign property
You could be sued in the US, or possibly in France and the judgment pursued in the US. How likely this is is anybody's guess.
