International Will

How do I create an International Will?

I own a condo in Brazil and realize that my U.S. Will does not cover situations outside of the United States.

As a result, I am seeking a way to create an International/Brazilian Will to state who I want to leave my condo in Brazil to in the event of my death.

How do I go about creating a Brazilian Will/International Will?

You need a will where you live and to make sure that it will be followed in Brazil. I can give you a free referral to an attorney in Brazil if you let me know where the property is located. You'll need a CA attorney for the will and our CA member attorney could handle that if you wish.
