Korean Consulate General Fictitious documents

Dear Law Firm

- I�m a US citizen reside in US and my wife is a S. Korean National resides in US with a Permanent Resident status.

-

- My wife had recently granted me a Korean power-of-attorney from a Korean Consulate in the US.

- We discovered that the Korean power-of-attorney and my wife identification document records have been tampered with at the Korean consulate in order to conceal her existence, her Real-Father identity and any legal rights she may have in Korea.

- We have managed to obtain a copy of the secret document that changed the records, the document was sent by my wife�s Real-Father directly from Korea to the consulate.

- My wife�s Real-Father is one of Richest-families by Forbes Korea, with powerful influential connections.

- Fortunately, we have all the original documentation to prove my wife real- identity.

The Consulate fictitious documents (my wife�s new Korea documentations and my Korean power-of-attorney) present a serious issue to both my wife and I.

Please guide us to which appropriate high-authorities to contact? What measure and action to take?

And under what Jurisdiction US, Korea or both?
