are those russian music site that sell songs for 10 cents legal? It is illegal to watch a movie (that i don't own) online? (youtube) i know downloading them is illegal, but is streaming them illegal?

Although the former owner of AllOfMP3 was recently acquitted, you would be wise to not use that site or the new one if you are in the US.
