Legal Question in International Law in California

online job offers from overseas companies

These comp's sell their goods in U.S. Say I can keep 10% and I send them the remainder by Western Union. How do I find out details if this is a legal job we U.S. citiz's can have, what do I need to know for our IRS, etc.?
