I bought a house a couple of years ago in california. It has two wells. One that is soley mine. Another well that is across the drive way. This is on another piece of property. However the water is plumbed to my home as well as the electrical. the property is land only. Because the water and utilities are on my property. But not the well. Is it a shared well?

Wow, an electricity well! Where can I get one? Seems to me you have an "easement," either express or implied, to use the well water that is piped onto your property from the other property. If it is an "express" easement it will be on the title report and searchable at the county recorder's office.
