Legal Question in Investment Law in California
Cash Investment
Over a year and a half time frame I gave $10k to a man I was involved with to invest on my behalf. He is an investment planner. These monies were undocumneted and given in trust. Our relationship has ended and now I am not getting any response to my numerous requests for the monies that I gave to him to invest.

Re: Cash Investment
What type of investment was it? Securities, property, etc? We would need to know more about your situation to advise you further. However, considering the amount and the fact that the person to which you gave the money is not responding you should consult with an lawyer ASAP to protect as much of your investment as possible.
Feel free to contact my office if you wish to pursue this matter.
