Legal Question in Investment Law in California
Foreign Investment Question
I am at the beginning states of starting a business that will buy and refurbish multi unit builds and either own/rent them or sell them as TICs/condos. A friend of mine, who lives outside the country said he could provide the money needed to get this work started. My question is, ''What are my first several steps to move forward with this transaction?'' If this takes place, it will move very quickly.
