Legal Question in Investment Law in California
i was laid off in 2004 from a business that is still in business I contributed 6% of my salary and the company matched it with 3%. I have been deathy ill and now what do I do to get this resolved? It is now 12/1/13 9 years later I have emailed thier Human ReSource Director. I want my 401 k check mailed to me I am 55 years old permanently disabled. Thanks.

I wouldn't rely solely on e-mail. Make a telephone call and send a certified letter as well. Be sure to keep a copy of your letter and to inform your family of what you're doing.
