Legal Question in Investment Law in California
We are married and have some stock in Jt. Do we need 2 signatures to sell all of it? Thanks

I believe most transfer agents will demand two signatures. Joint tenants are not the agents of the other, nor are married persons, under the laws of all states. Ask your broker.
