Well, the normal way to handle an LLC or anyone who "refuses to honor" (i.e., breaches) a contract is to sue him/her/it for breach of contract.

You are asking under the heading "Investment Law" and mentioning a "premium refund." This somewhat muddies the water. One-liner questions that provide no details require the lawGuru lawyers to engage in guesswork as to what the asking party's real problem might be. Did you invest in this LLC? Did you give the LLC money to invest elsewhere? What kind of premium would entitle you a refund, and under what kind of contract? Does this question have something to do with insurance?

Before you "sue them," you should discuss your situation with a lawyer who can assist you in analyzing whether you have a possibly winnable claim against a solvent defendant.
