Re: Securities law

I'm not sure about the basis for your concern, but if you are a plaintiff or the plaintiff's attorney, you may be liable for sanctions such as the defense legal costs under the PSLRA for bringing a non-meritorious claim or making non-meritorious motions in a suit you've filed. This question is far too complex to be suitable for analysis and answer on a legal bulletin board service such as LawGuru. If you are threatened with possible liability, you need to retain a legal specialist at once. If you are trying to avoid future liability, I would say the best course is to investigate any securities class-action claim you are considering making VERY carefully before leveling any charges at the supposed securities-law violator.
