my 13 old won"t go to school,whats going to happen.

At some point the School District will cite the student as a truant and can refer the student to Juvenile Court. If as a parent you are unable to get your child to go to school you run the risk that the Juvenile Court will declare that the Student is a dependent of the court and remove custody.
