Im 17 and going out with 1 21 year old

Wil my 21 year old boyfriend go to jail if I'm 17 and move in with him

If you and the 21-year old have sex, he can go to jail. You are under the age of 18. If you love him, you would stay away from him until you are 18. If he is convicted of having sex with a minor, he will have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
