Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in California

My children are currently in foster care and i have proof to contridict the information that social services provided. They dont have a legitimit reason to have my children and they have had them since Nov. 9,2006. My ''attorney'' is not trying to fight the case she keeps telling me to go with the flow. I know and i have proof to show that i dont abuse my kids. My childrens school called social services beacuse im gay and they did not approve of that. They have been trying to take my kids from me for about 2 years so they made up some abuse story. This school is know for their many referrals about different families to social services. What can i do at this point to bring my kids home and have my voice heard? How can I go about getting my story out into the media also?

Without knowing the facts of the case, it's difficult to know why your attorney would say to "go with the flow." You should at least consult with another attorney to confirm whether or not your attorney is taking the appropriate action.
