Can cps ask to drug test step parent if the parent has had his child placed in temporary foster care for accusation of abuse?

CPS hates step-parents, especially men, and there's no such thing as "temporary" foster care. Yes, they can ask the step-parent and then, if he tests positive or misses a test, it will be held against you.
