Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in California

Im a 15 year old with no self-esteem and im depressed all the time and i WAS suicidal and my mom abuses me mentally and used to beat me now she hits me sometimes when noones arround she wants me to move to my dads in oregon (whom i just met for the first after 15 years)and leave my friends behind which is hard because iv never had friends because im allways moving my mom cant keep a house shes lazy she cant provid food and other thing like toothbrush tampons ect. iv been staying at a friends house and iv been doing some reaserch so do u think i have a chance of being emancipated
