my exhusband got charge with child cruelty and got the kids took out of the home and his trail starts on monday how much time will he get if found guilty?

This is a very broad question. It is important to understand more about his charges before sentencing could be imposed. Who has custody of the child? What rules have been established, if any, for visitation by the father? There is also the issue of proof for the charges. What witnesses are there, and how credible are they? Is this the second more time time father has been charged and/or found guilty of cruelty?
