Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in California
My father doesn't want to give me my paperwork, my passport, certificates, etc. I am eighteen, he is kicking me out of home to mexico but I want to live in Pittsburg, because I have family there. actually I am in California. Does he have the right to keep my papers??

Forget the papers, most can be replaced. As a practical matter, you would never be successful in recovering them by using the courts (although the police or the State Department might be interested in your report of a stolen passport). Go wherever you want and good luck!
